Notes: This slide depicts the ratings for the three indicators used to evaluate the systemic factor, Service Array, as follows:
Having an adequate service array in place in the State: 22 States achieved strength ratings, and 10 States were rated as area needing improvement.
Having services accessible to the families who need them: 9 States achieved strength ratings, and 23 States were rated as area needing improvement.
Ability to individualize services to children and families: 21 States achieved strength ratings, and 11 States were rated as area needing improvement.
