Notes: These four indicators used to evaluate Child and Family Well Being Outcome 1, and are as follows:
Assessment of needs and provision of services to the child, parents, and foster parents: Among all the cases reviewed in 2001 and 2002, reviewers determined that the the agency had performed comprehensive needs assessments and provided the needed and appropriate services in 66% of the cases.
Involvement of parents and child in case planning activities: Among all the cases reviewed in 2001 and 2002, reviewers determined that the agency had actively involved the parents and age-appropriate children in case planning activities in 66% of the cases.
Caseworker visits with children: Among all the cases reviewed in 2001 and 2002, reviewers determined that caseworkers had visited the child(ren) in the cases in accordance with the child(ren)'s needs for visits, or at least monthly, in 75% of the cases.
Caseworker visits with parents: Among all the cases reviewed in 2001 and 2002, reviewers determined that caseworkers had visited the parent(s) in the cases in accordance with the parent(s)'s need for visits, or at least monthly, in 70% of the cases.
