Norma Blake, New Jersey State Librarian, has been named Library Journal’s 2008 Librarian of the Year.  Ms Blake is on the cover of LJ’s current issue, with an impressive article inside.  To read the full article, click here.

Blake is hailed for her promotion of libraries and information resources, including the New Jersey Knowledge Initiative and Jersey Clicks.
