Minnesota State Society Inaugural Open House Date: January 20. Location: Rayburn House Office Building, Room 2167. Time: 9 AM to 4 PM. Many streets will be blocked off and public parking will be extremely limited and very expensive. Attire for Attending the Inauguration Please remember that this is an outside event in winter so dress in layers. Also your clothes should be comfortable, partial clothing – like attending a holiday party in winter. Also you should also wear very comfortable shoes and be prepared for stand for several hours due to security measures and walk a great deal for most of the day.
