Relief agencies responding to these events do their utmost to save as many young lives as possible as well as maintain the standard of health care enjoyed before disaster hit. A new report suggests that these agencies’ efficiency in safeguarding child health might be improved if a set of common, comprehensive, evidence-based clinical guidelines were developed and available for use by all.
