EFFECTIVE DATE:

PERCENTAGE SUPPLEMENTS APPLIED TO THE GS BASIC RATES:
- 45% at GS-5;
- 40% at GS-7;
- 35% at GS-9;
- 25% at GS-11;
- 20% at GS-12; and
- 10% at GS-13.
