President Bush Announces Intent to Nominate New Millennium Challenge Corporation CEO

President Bush today announced his intent to nominate Ambassador John Danilovich to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Millennium Challenge Corporation. (White House Press Release here.)

“The MCC staff looks forward to Ambassador Danilovich's confirmation,” said Charles Sethness an MCC Vice President named to temporarily carry out the duties of the Chief Executive Officer. “His strong leadership and foreign affairs and private sector experience will be assets to the MCC as we pursue our mission of poverty reduction through economic growth.”
