How is Reclamation improving efficiency?
Reclamation is striving to be as efficient as it can be in carrying out its mission of delivering water and generating power. Examples of improving efficiency include:
Implementing the practice of the sound project management for all Safety of Dams Act projects;
Developing performance measures that apply to operation and maintenance planning which will result in an increased operation and maintenance effectiveness and efficiency, such as actually increasing the time spent performing maintenance activities.
