We have a lot of people enroll in our adult ESL program in the beginning, but the core group of students who attend our classes consistently always plateaus to about 30% of the total number of enrollees (which actually is still a decent size for us). Obviously, meeting the needs of the students is the most effective strategy, and we're working on that. Just wondering if there are other innovative strategies that people have tried successfully... We already provide food, child care, and transportation.
