Jon,

Thank you for sending such useful information our way.  I had some time
today to access several of the websites and research you recommended and
have many new ideas to think about.  I was aware of the Radcliffe Study but
just read the results of the study today.  The recommendations for family
friendly policies among other things are well-detailed and long overdue.
