Subject: [NIFL-FAMILY:1713] survey instruments for literacy volunteers
and teachers

I'm trying to locate survey instruments for use with literacy volunteers
in elementary schools, e.g., the volunteer's perception of impact of
their work, satisfaction with their responsibilities, and how prepared
they feel. I'm also interested in instruments that assess teacher
satisfaction with the work of literacy volunteers, teacher perceptions
of the impact of the literacy volunteer's work, teacher role in
selecting the volunteer, and the extent to which the volunteer's skills
match the teacher's needs. If anyone is aware of survey instruments of
this type used for adult literacy that might be adaptable to elementary
school use, I'd be interested in learning about those also. Thanks.
