The Federal Trade Commission will host a two-day Town Hall meeting to explore the evolving mobile commerce marketplace and its implications for consumer protection policy. Industry experts, academics, consumer advocates, privacy professionals and government analysts will discuss topics such as the use of text messaging and related messaging services as instruments of commerce.
