I have no debts in arrears and am not party to any joint debt. Some time ago I started getting calls from a couple places-Aspire Visa for Brian. I asked son,an adult who maintains separate accts and he said he doesn't have one with them nor I. They started calling my cell phone. I never gave number as I have no business with them either. Then an Encore Group started calling-but using unknown caller as shown on caller id. Again I have no business with them. My debts are on schedule. They persist in calling my phone-I pay it---only party using it. Son said never received anything from them and he looked on internet to see they debt collector. Reviews said unscrupulous I've see all mail that comes here and I never seen anything from them. Repeatedly I've asked them to mail whatever to party trying to reach. even suggesting to have person sign and they untruthfully say have but rufused to do again. As I said I see mail and nothing has arrived. This prompted all their recent calls---I have no business with them. They always ask for another-but it's just my phone and they are violating fair credit collection section 805(5) annoying person answering phone-me. They repeatedly called my home phone 13 times 10-14-08, 4 times 10-15-08 and 7 times 10-16-08. They have had their phone number 1-866-843-5013 returned twice--to ask them not to call my private number -cease and decist -as I have no business with them and they always want a different person. These calls are bothersome as I use a wheelchair and phone rings unnessesarily for me to transfer for. See if you can stop their abuse--use mail to reach party they want
