I WOULD LIKE THE PANEL TO DISCUSS THIS PROBLEM. WHEN A CONSUMER RECEIVE INFORMATION ABOUT A DEBT OWE IN WRITING. THE CONSUMER HAS 30 DAYS TO MAKE A PAYMENT OR MAKE ARRANGEMENT. THE DEBTOR SHOULD NOT BE ALLOW TO TAKE MONEY FROM A CONSUMER BANK ACCOUNT UNLESS IT HAS BEEN AFTER 30 DAYS. CHECKCARE DID THIS TO ME IN CALIFRONIA. I HAD MADE A PAYMENT ACCORDING TO THERE VARIOUS ARRANGEMENT AND CHECKCARE STILL TOOK MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. NOW I AM TRYING TO GET THEM TO REVERSAL THE MONEY BACK IN MY BANK ACCOUNT AND THEY ARE TAKING THEIR SWEET TIME. MEANWHILE I CANNOT HONOR MY OTHER FINACIAL OBLIGATIONS. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE LAWS ON THIS ACTION . THANK TO ALL OF YOU. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THE LAW CHANGES.
