Pelosi: Requiring Medicare Prescription Drug Negotiation Is a Resounding Victory for America’s Seniors
Washington, D.C. – Speaker Nancy Pelosi released the following statement today on H.R. 4, the Medicare Prescription Drug Price Negotiation Act of 2007, which requires the Secretary of Health and Human Services to negotiate for lower prescription drug prices. The bill passed on the House floor today by a bipartisan vote of 255 to 170.
