When I passed this on to my director, he asked how much would it cost and
how do you implement it. Anyone have any ideas or answers?

text capabilities and they want to save money. Unlike me, they know how

to use their text function!! I LOVE it.

The Chesterfield County (VA) Public Schools adult G.E.D. program

recently experienced an over 200% increase, more than 400 applicants

and test-takers in three weeks, thanks to a cell phone text message-
