Another idea I just thought of -- several of my "Learning with computers"

are trying and liking and recommending
http://posterous.com/

It's a site where any student or students or teachers could post stories and
then get an "instant" website address -- free -- and email the link to
whomever from the same site...   I have not tried it personally yet, but
have visited sites using it...

If a wiki were started, folks might prefer http://pbwiki.com/  over
wikispaces

It would be nice to have a universal space to share stories and 'grow'
stories.... all year long.
