No, we did not collect that type of data. We were more concerned with how
online training is being offered (platforms, synchronous, asynchronous etc).
We looked at both credit-type education offered by schools, colleges, etc.
as well as professional development opportunities (workshops, etc.). We
asked people about how the training was introduced, successes and
challenges, if it was evaluated, future plans and so on, but we didn't
research the specific usage data you are looking for.

might have collected.

I am very interested in how many people actually access the courses and how
many successfully complete those courses.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to post an update about this Canadian
project that is exploring how online learning can be and is being used in
the Canadian literacy field and in similar fields of practice. This two-year
project has just completed the research phase and is about to start the next
phase, including the development of online self-study modules.
