I have received the following email from a colleague who is trying to
gather some resources on developing or finding placement assessments for
math.  Please read on.

We are having departmental meetings to address the multi-level offerings
of math across all departments (ESOL, ABE, and ASE).  We are meeting at
the end of April to either develop or use parts of standardized
assessments for placement.  Can you suggest some resources (either
electronic or places you could guide me to) that could assist me/us?
