Olga Dominguez is NASA's Assistant Administrator for the Office of Infrastructure and Administration (OI&A). She leads the agency's infrastructure policy efforts and the headquarters operations and institutional management activities and associated corporate general and administrative funds. She represents NASA's interests externally as they relate to institutional and corporate management, and within this forum also in the international community. Dominguez also leads the NASA Ombuds Program and the Mission Support Implementation Plan.

Domingues previously served as the Deputy Assistant Administrator for OI&A. Prior to that assignment, she served as the director of the Environmental Management Division, where she was responsible for establishing agency environmental policy and guidance, developing, advocating and managing agency-level environmental budgets, and providing support to the NASA Administrator on environmental issues. She joined NASA Headquarters in 1990 and became a member of the United States of America Senior Executive Service in 1998. Previously, she directed the Environmental Program for the Navy's David Taylor Research Laboratories and was a lead enforcement inspector for the State of Maryland's Department of the Environment and the Prince George's County, Md., Health Department.

Dominguez has received several medals and awards since coming to NASA. They include the Presidential Award for Leadership in Energy Management from President Bush in 2001; Stennis Space Centers Frontline Award; NASA's Cooperative External Achievement Award; NASA's Medal for Outstanding Leadership. She was named as one of "the 80 Elite Hispanic Women" by the Hispanic Business magazine in April 2002 and she received the President's Meritorious Executive Rank award in 2002.

Dominguez holds a bachelor of science degree in fish and wildlife management, with emphasis in zoology.
