I am the Community Outreach Coordinator at the National Network of Libraries of Medicine Southeastern/Atlantic Region. I work with minority communities, specific populations, and community and faith organizations to enhance access to quality health information through training/education, exhibiting, outreach and partnerships, and funding. Prior to joining the NN/LM, I worked as a hospital and AHEC librarian in Georgia. I received a Master’s of Arts in Comparative Literature and a Master’s in Library and Information Science from the University of South Carolina. I enjoy traveling, exploring the outdoors and city-life, reading good books, and spending time with my husband, Mike. Mike and I are expecting our first child in late December.
