DESCRIPTION:

The National Institute for Literacy (the "Institute") is conducting an acquisition procedure to procure technical services as described in the enclosed Statement of Work ("SOW") Attachment A: Solicitation Number: ED-08-R-0100, The Institute's seeking technical assistance to provide copyediting services.

The Statement of Work is available online. All requests pertaining to this solicitation shall reference the Solicitation Number: ED-08-R-00100.

Questions for clarification pertaining to #ED-08-R-0100-including the Statement of Work, Evaluation Criteria and the technical and cost proposal writing and submission process- must be sent by email to procurement@nifl.gov by Monday September 8, 2008 12:00 noon EDT. Responses to all questions will be provided on or about Wednesday September 10, 2008. Please note that Institute staff can only respond to questions pertaining to #ED-08-R-0100 via the process stated above.
