DESCRIPTION:

The Institute is seeking a contractor to maintain, update and develop the Institute’s system of websites, web-based tools, databases, and database search engines. The Institute requires technical expertise to establish and maintain hardware and software to support its web pages and services offered through those pages 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at http://www.nifl.gov. The system is expected to be efficient and responsive to the Institute and user needs and adaptable to changing requirements or updates available through new technologies.

The Statement of Work is available online. All requests pertaining to this solicitation shall reference the Solicitation Number: ED-08-R-0040.

Questions for clarification must be provided by email to procurement@nifl.gov by 12:00 Noon (EST) May 5, 2008. . Responses will be provided on or about May 14, 2008. The closing date for submission is Wednesday, June 4, 2008 by 12:00 pm (EST).
