Requests for briefings at the MCC must include:

• Preferred date and time
• Topice or theme
• Group name
• Number in group (minimum of 20)
• A brief description of the group
• The host or sponsor name
• Contact information, including
  • Contact name
  • Contact organization
  • Address
  • Telephone, fax, and email
