Timeliness of ACF-801 Data Submissions (the whole document is available in Word)

Case-level data is collected monthly and reported quarterly. Reports are due 60 days after the end of each quarter. States and Territories may submit case level data monthly instead of quarterly using the following criteria:

Monthly ACF-801 Submissions: All files through and including three full months prior to the current month should have been submitted by the first of the month (e.g., by February 1^st, the October file should have been submitted.)

Quarterly ACF-801 Submissions: All files through and including two full months prior to that reporting period should have been submitted by the first of the month (e.g., by March ^1st, the October, November, and December files should have been submitted.)
