Katrina Lancaster

Katrina Lancaster joined the staff of the National Institute for Literacy as a Management and Operations Specialist in the Executive Office in March 2000. She has over 10 years of experience as a career Federal employee. Ms. Lancaster has held positions in several executive offices including the U.S. Department of Education and the Small Business Administration. Katrina is responsible for a variety of administrative matters, including the processing and/or preparation of invoice payments, personnel documents, procurement documents, budget documents, and various other administrative documents.
