Included in this page are the BY 2010 IT Reporting Instructions for Exhibit 53 and Exhibit 300 investments. All BY 2010 updates should be submitted via the Electronic Capital Planning and Investment Control (eCPIC) System. The eCPIC Help Desk can also provide information on eCPIC training opportunities. eCPIC training is provided periodically throughout the year and is specifically designed for personnel inputting data into the system and managing Exhibit 53 and Exhibit 300 reporting. The training demonstrates new eCPIC functionality and provides guidance on how to report Exhibit 53 and Exhibit 300 information.
