SWCC places orders for T2 crews to the Dispatch Center (DC) only.  The DC decides which crew(s) within the Zone will fill an order.
When a SWA Type 1 crew is assigned to a Geographic Area other than the Southwest Area, the crew can be re-assigned within the new Geographic Area and the SWA will not necessarily know about the re-assignment.
