Workshop at the New England League of Middle Schools Annual Conference This year's NELMS Conference will include the workshop Using 'Our Documents' and Other Primary Sources in the Social Studies Classroom. The workshop will explore the OurDocuments.gov website and the use of primary sources in the classroom. Participants will be given a sourcebook of lessons related to the 100 significant documents in American History to use in conjunction with the site. At the New England League of Middle Schools Annual Conference, Rhode Island Convention Center, 1 Sabin Street Providence, RI 02903 on March 30, 2004, from 2:30-3:45 pm. Island Educational Media Association to hold an Our Documents Workshop
for Library Media Specialists The Rhode Island Educational Media Association is sponsoring a workshop to introduce the Our Documents initiative to Library Media Specialists. The workshop will explore the OurDocuments.gov website and the use of primary sources in the classroom. Participants will be given a sourcebook of lessons related to the 100 significant documents in American History to use in conjunction with the site.
