USA Services Meeting for Contact Center Solutions

USA Services provides federal agencies with a choice of contact center industry partners for day-to-day and emergency needs as part of its commitment to a more citizen-centric governement.

Highlights included:

Natalie Peouhoff, Ph.D., a Forrester Research Senior Anayst, author of four books, gave a presentation about hot contact center topics that were selected just for the federal community.
Carolyn Kaleel, Project Manager for USA Contact, discussed enhancements to USA Contact (formerly FirstContact), the only contact center contract designed for government agencies.
Our nine contact center solutions partners gave overviews of their capabilities and responded to audience questions.
