Records Holding Area (RHA) Procedures & Instructions
HQ Records Management Holding Area Staff: The Records Holding Area (RHA) is located in rooms G-017 and G-055/GTN. The RHA is operated by personnel in the Records Management Division, IM-23, Office of the Associate CIO for IT Planning, Architecture, and E-Government.
Reminder: The RHA is closing and will accept no more records. Records will be sent either to the Washington National Records Center (WNRC), the National Archives, or returned to the programs.
Records Management for Closure Sites
The transition of Closure Sites from the Environmental Management Office (EM) to the Legacy Management Office (OLM) is described in the documents below. Part of this transition is the assumption of responsibility for the records created by the site personnel during operation and the environmental restoration performed during restoration by EM. The Transition Plans and agreements that apply to this transition are linked below:
