This is an Amendment to the sources sought synopsis seeking qualified sources for market research and acquisition planning purposes only. The original announcement had conflicting information as to the time and date the capability statements are due. For clarification, capability statements are to be submitted not later than 2:30 p.m. October 10, 2007.In addition to the original requirements, please clarify if your hosting services are virtual or utility. The interested source also needs to identify its capacity to perform the services required including local resources to meet all on-site needs, and facilities for hosting services. The interested source should distinguish prime contractor capability, capacity and resources versus those provided through subcontractors, leases, teaming arrangements, joint ventures or other arrangements.

Capability statements shall not exceed seven (7) pages (single-sided, 8.5 x 11, 10/12 font size) in length. All responses to this sources sought notice shall be provided to Kathy Spainhower at spainhowerk@mcc.gov not later then 2:30 p.m. EST on October 10, 2007.



For planning purposes, a pre-award site survey is tentatively scheduled at the Millennium Challenge Corporation at 10:00 a.m on October 17, 2007. Due to room capacity, vendors will be limited to no more than two persons each. Interested vendors are required to submit the names of personnel planning to attend and company name to Kathy Spainhower at spainhowerk@mcc.gov NLT 1:00 p.m. EST on October 12. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
