SCHIP Annual Reports

Section 2108(a) of the Social Security Act (the Act) provides that the States must assess the operation of the State child health plan in each Federal fiscal year (FFY), and report to the Secretary, by January 1 following the end of the FFY, on the results of the assessment.  In addition, this section of the Act provides that the State must assess the progress made in reducing the number of uncovered, low-income children.

This page contains downloads of the State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) annual reports for the States that have submitted them to CMS.  The downloads are ZIP files by FFY that contain folders for each State's SCHIP annual report.
