The Commission approved an Order in its supervisory role over licensing and enforcement proceedings in the Safety Light Corporation proceeding.
The Commission has voted to approve an Order lifting the immediate effectiveness of the staff’s December 10, 2004 license suspension order.
(Subsequently, on February 22, 2005, the Secretary signed the Order.)
