SUBJECT:	RENEWAL OF ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON REACTOR SAFEGUARDS (ACRS) CHARTER

The current ACRS Charter expires on December 14, 2006. Dr. Larkins has provided the attached Charter for renewal. It is the same as the existing Charter with an updated Section 7 to recognize the current resources utilized by the Committee.
