The Commission has approved issuance of an export license to Halliburton
Energy Services (HES) and affiliated companies of HES' parent company,
Halliburton Company, authorizing the export of radioactive byproduct and
source material to Iraq for use in oil well logging, subject to the conditions
specified in the SECY paper.
