COMMENT RESOLUTION
In their vote sheets, Chairman Jackson and Commissioner McGaffigan approved the staff's recommendation and provided some additional comments. Commissioner Diaz approved the waiver for the work with Lithuania ($0.65 million and .3 FTE) but disapproved the waiver for the work on the existing Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) interagency agreement with AID ($0.215 million and a small fraction of the Lithuanian FTE). Subsequently, the comments of the Commission were incorporated into the guidance to staff as reflected in the SRM issued on August 25, 1998.
