Scenario Description

The Student scenario assumes potential applicants are currently students who are looking for employment. Typical Students described here are de-facto early in their career and considered to be geographically mobile. Students are not necessarily interested in long-term employment and can be attracted to public service, a specific profession or the particular mission of an agency. Generally workers who fit this scenario are attracted to flexible work arrangements.
