I think all CRAs should issue free reports for people in their files. I should be able to get a free report from all of the CRAs. I feel consumers need a one-stop, centralized source for specialty CRAs also. I shouldn't have to call each specialty agency. The central approach is much better, simpler and more inclusive. Also I don't feel the residents of NY should be penalized for living here. We want our free reports in Dec 2004, when the other half of the country is entitled to their reports.
