The phasing in time period is too long! According to the schedule, I will have to wait until September 2005 before I can request this information (I live in Virginia). People with computers should be able to get this information quicker and easier and phase in written inquiries on a longer time basis. Please speed up the phasing in period. This is a great idea for consumers to get their credit report free of charge once a year. It is long past due.
