I feel strongly that all CRAs should issue free credit reports.  I object to nationwide CRAs, and feel that all CRAs be required to furnish free reports to people in their files.

I do feel that we as consumers need a one-stop, centralized source for specialty CRAs.  This central approach will be better, simpler + more inclusive.  I object to New York State consumers having to wait any longer than other parts of the country to receive free annual credit reports.  They should have always been free; Dec, 2004 is long enough to wait.
