The U.S. Army Contracting Command plans to acquire Life Cycle Contractor Support for the Fire Control Radar System on an other than full and open competition basis. The Government plans to utilize a firm-fixed price contract with one basic year and two (2) one-year options. This is a sole source requirement to Longbow Limited Liability Company (LBL), 5600 Sand Lake Road, MP-918, Orlando, FL 32819. Only LBL possesses the technical expertise and experience necessary to execute this requirement. Under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy agency requirements. Interested parties should identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer, Edward L. Blair, AMSCC-AVM-AP-B. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. See numbered note(s) 22 and 23.
