Subject: fragrances - Docket N. 99D 1340/CP 1

The pervasivness of fragrances has changed our lives.  We used to be
able to do business as usual, attend church, the theatre, restaurants,
offices, busses etc. but frgrance is like an attack dog making us sick
so often.  Now even moving about we have to smell the fabric softeners
on people.  The headaches, dizzy spells and allergy symptoms from all
this fragrance is narrowing our world too much.  I wish there could be
some controlls on them.
