Subject: Downed Animals
The use of downed animals for any reason should not be allowed. To integrate their carcasses for any reason into feed for other animals or any other use should be prohibited.    Sufficient bacteria is already present in slaughtered animals, we don't need to introduce  bacteria from downed animals which are sickly and or injured as well.
