With reference to the above docket number I urge you to prohibit the
slaughter of downed animals

To date there seems to be a surge of support for this measure from
private, organizational and government sources.

This measure would greatly decrease and perhaps eliminate the cruel and
horrible abuse that some animals are subjected to and would make all the
better beings for it.
