Subject: Downed Animals

Dear Sir:

I am writing about Docket Number 98P-0151/CPl, which prohibits the slaughter 
of downed animals.  Please, please prohibit the slaughter of downed animals. 
  We do not need the meat from downed cows for federal programs, such as the 
school lunch program.  The marketing and slaughter of downed animals is 
unacceptable.
