The need for potentially sedating or impairing medications outweighs the transportation risk of providing those medications to the people who need them. Example, would you rather have a person medicated to help with there depression or have that person in the community depressed and possibly a danger to society or himself. Another Example: Not providing Anti-axiety medication to a person with panic disorder in order to keep the transportation system safe. What happens if those millions of persons are driving around the streets with untreated panic symptoms. Doesn't this pose a greater risk to society? Please do not restrict doctors from treating their patients with proper medications to help medical illness. Thank you.
