Subject: What's in your food?


Dear Corporate and Government Leaders,

Genetically engineered food ingredients or crops should not be allowed on the market until: 

1) Independent safety testing demonstrates they have no harmful effects on human health or the environment, 

2) They are labeled to ensure the consumer's right-to-know, and 

3) The biotechnology corporations that manufacture them are held responsible for any harm.

Do you ever think of the consumer and not profits when you're at work? The out-of-control behavior of corporations like you makes this world a terrible place. Did you ever think that maybe people are ready to kill themselves because of the unhealthy and unhappy lifestyles you promote? Or that you are doing the killing? Please think about humanity as a whole, not just how much money and illegitimate power you can get into your pocket.
