To whom it may concern:

I am writing to voice my opinion regarding the slaughter of downed animals for any consumption use (docket number 98P-0151/CP1).  

It is my understanding the the USDA has already developed a policy to stop purchasing meat from downed animals.  Please follow their lead, and prohibit the slaughter of downed animals.
