Radiation changes the chemical composition of food, creates chemicals such as benzene and other carcinogens, and creates new and untested chemicals. It destroys up to 80% of vitamins and enzymes that are essential for proper nutrition. Additionally, the FDA has not determined the level of radiation to which shellfish can be exposed and still be safe for humans. I do not want my family to be your guinea pigs.
